Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager & Team Leader / Dilate Digital
Aimee Robinson is the Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager & Team Leader at Dilate Digital. Her focus and strength, as a digital marketer, comes in being able to strategically use performance-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive desired outcomes and growth for the SMEs that I work closely with. I am highly trained and experienced within the areas of Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Advertising and email marketing. As a manager, I strive to inspire and lead my team every day so that they can grow both professionally and personally and work together to achieve high-level results for our clients.
Calum Cosgrove identifies and executes growth initiatives and partnership opportunities for OKMG and our clients. Working with clients, suppliers, technology partners, staff and local communities, Calum provides expert support and oversight to take advantage of innovation trends, new technology and market opportunities. This enhances the potential for business growth and improved campaign performance. Calum’s past experience working within Strategy, Marketing, Creative and Client Success means he’s uniquely placed to assist businesses in onboarding with OKMG and support businesses on their growth trajectory.
Head of Digital - Satterley
Ricardo Carreira is currently Head of Digital at Satterley, Australia’s largest private land developer. Ricardo has over 13 years’ experience in various senior digital marketing positions, both agency and client side. Ricardo’s experience covers all areas of digital marketing, tech, and data-analytics leadership on brands such as Optus, Afterpay, RAC, iiNet, Tourism WA, and many more at his former role as National Head of Digital at Initiative.
Miss Reyhane Hooshmand
Sarah Butler is Marketing Manager at NGIS. Her responsibilities include the creation, promotion and management of all customer facing marketing content for NGIS, Liveli, Winyama, EO Data Science and the Indigenous Mapping Workshop Australia.
Sarah believes that marketing’s role is key to maintaining excellent customer service, strengthening client partnerships and ensuring brand loyalty. She enjoys working closely with the NGIS teams to create digital content that is highly relevant to clients and advocates for the constant improvement of user experience across all NGIS’ brands.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Wollongong and these days she uses her writing skills to create compelling marketing content. Prior to NGIS, Sarah worked as a Marketing and Communications Manager at a London and Singapore-based think tank and as a Marketing and Event’s manager at two heritage establishments, one in the United Kingdom and one in Sydney, Australia. In an effort to help Perth-based businesses accelerate their growth plans, Sarah has started up her own digital marketing consultancy, Sprinkle Press, which offers content marketing strategies and consulting, branding workshops and event management services.
In 2019, Sarah joined the Curtin University Digital Marketing Advisory Group, an industry board which was created to help shape the future curriculum for marketing at the University, provide mentorship to graduates and share industry knowledge through student workshops.

Shu Zhang is a customer focused Marketing Manager with nine years of experience in developmenting marketing strategies and activities that contribute to both short term sales results and long-term brand growth. She has had the opportunities working for an array of industries, including land development, mining technology, government and education sectors. As a highly motivated individual striving for excellence, she obtained a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
